Welcome to the Washington Metropolitan Postal Customer Council (WMPCC) web site.

Since 1972, the Washington Metropolitan Postal Customer Council has been serving the mailing industry in the U.S. Postal Service districts of Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The WMPCC has served as a leader and pioneer in assisting mailers, vendors and customers of the USPS to have a voice in the design, acceptance and delivery of their mail.

Through regularly scheduled General Membership Meetings, Vendor Expos and guided tours of USPS facilities, the WMPCC is a key educational organization that serves as the interface between the mailer and the USPS. The WMPCC is also a key networking organization where mail-oriented people with similar goals and similar problems can get together with professionals from the USPS to help them achieve their goals and solve their problems.

The WMPCC can put you in touch with the right USPS official to help answer any question you may have – from how to design your mail pieces up to how to protect your company from such things as mail fraud and abuse.
